New cluster node systems: The new systems have the following hardware specs: 4x Quad Core Xeon E7320 CPUs (16 CPUs @ 2.13Ghz each) 16GB of Registered DDR2 800 RAM and over 4TB of very fast SATA II Raid hard drive space. Each system will have a total of 16 virtual server nodes each with a backup node that can be switched to on the fly if there are ever any problems.

This new configuration will almost completely avoid any downtime. There are very  very few hosting providers that have this kind of Cluster Technology. It is a much more expensive configuration for us but we have set this up on recommendation from our datacenter engineers and architects. As always our first priority is the service level we provide to our clients.
